Crispy Cuban, Citrus Marinated Pulled Chicken
Citrus marinated (oranges juice, oregano, garlic, spices) chicken slowly cooked and then pulled. Stir-Fried, Wok style with sliced onions until crispy at the tips. Piled high on Cuban Bread with shredded cabagge, tomatoes, grilled onion and matchstick fries. Lightly toasted in our plancha Latina.
