It’s already November!!! And Thanksgiving Day is just days away!.

Making its appearance for the third year in a row as the sandwich of the month for November is the much-loved and requested Pavochón sandwich.

Puerto Rican style cooked turkey on a loaf of Puerto Rican Bread. Shredded cabbage, sliced tomatos jibaro plantain stuffing (Mofongo) and cheese. Toasted low and crispy in our groveless Latino plancha.

Ya es noviembre!!! ¡Y el Día de Acción de Gracias está a solo unos días de distancia!.

Haciendo su aparición por tercer año consecutivo como el sándwich del mes de noviembre está el muy querido y solicitado sándwich Pavochón.

Pavo cocido al estilo puertorriqueño y servido sobre una hogaza de pan puertorriqueño. Repollo rallado, rodajas de tomate, relleno de plátano jíbaro (Mofongo) y queso. Tostados fino y crujiente en nuestra plancha latina sin arboleda.
