Frita Cubana Hamburger

Miami-Calle Ocho’s flagship hamburger and the burger of choice of ex-President Barack Obama when in Miami (Goggle = Frita Cubana Obama), arrives in France and settles in to its new home here in The City of Puerto Rico!

Ingredients: Beef and pork seasoned with Latin adobo (salt, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, spices) confit of onions made with sofrito, matchstick fries served on a soft Cubano-style burger bun.
