Pechuga de pollo asada a fuego lento sobre una cama de repollo rallado y tomates, alioli de Ajilimojili y rociada con nuestro aderezo F.B Papalaguy Adereso. Mostaza, Pepinillos, cebolla salteadas y queso. Servido en pan boricua, sin tostar (como en la foto) o tostado fino y crujiente en nuestra plancha lisa.
Agregar: Chorizo español picante en rodajas o tiras de tocino ahumado crujiente
