Our Mission
Our mission is to make Nuyorican & Latin Caribbean Foods and Culture as recognized and consumed as the American Hamburger, the Italian Pizza, the Mexican Taco, the Croissant Française, the Japanese Sushi, the Indian Curry/Tandoori and the Chinese Takeout meal around the world. We know this is a very tall order, and it will take a lot of hard work to accomplish such a monumental feat. But we intend to accomplish it while having loads of fun and learning a ton of things along the way!
So, allez – on y va! Let’s get it on! Vamos pa’encima mi gente!
Let’s go forward always like frogs, happily overcoming all obstacles and adversities that we may encounter in our path, for frogs never, ever think of jumping backwards.
