Cuban Boliche Sandwich Description
Cuban Boliche is a popular dish consisting of Oven Roasted Beef Round which as been stuffed prior to roasting with spicy chorizo.
In our sandwich, we have translated this to sandwich format by combining thin sliced roasted (Cuban style) beef layered with sliced spicy Spanish Chorizo.
